AF but only spotting

Lori • Thu, Mar 19 • My and me hubby been married 6 yrs trying for second child between us but wil be my 5 child been trying for 2 yrs

I started spotting and a little pink blood when wipeing on the 17 of March but now the 19 no real flow what ur opinion is this a period. Btw went to the dr on March 17 but told him I was spotting so he didn't bother testing im usually a heavy bleeder
