Is This Due To Pregnancy ?

So I noticed my lower right side of my back has been hurting , 
my mom says that's where your kidneys are at . and if its not that , everytime I cough my ribs hurt alot (its only the right side of my ribs) 
Could this be because the baby is pushing against them ? My baby still hasent kicked my ribs well at least it hasnt felt like it . I'm 35 weeks + 2 days

Your back lower right side right above your hip beside your spine? That's called your sacrum. You can try seeing a chiropractor to help with lower back pain, your hip may be slightly out of place which can affect your ribs as well since everything is connected.
