PCOS and pregnancy? Anyone?

What was your experience if you have PCOS and pregnant? I heard you could still have your period and not know? Or the home test was a little off because you had PCOS. I think I have PCOS just never been told becuase I hadn't ever went to the ob gyn prior to pregnancy.

I TTC for 1 year with baby #1. I have PCOS and my cycle is usually around 61 days. My period lasts for about 6 days. I never know when I'm ovulating. I'm TTC baby #2 now with no luck still but still hopeful. My symptoms of PCOS were occasional abdominal pain, like a sharp pain, weight gain, and very irregular periods.

And I was 5 weeks pregnant when I found out. It would not show up on HPT, only in blood work.
