Morning sickness remedies ...

I had a few nauseous moments but today its been really bad! I can't eat or drink anything ! It all comes right back up. I literally have not been able to eat today. It started w/a really bad headache I slept for half the day woke up and I'm sick can't eat or drink anything. Im 10 weeks gonna be 11 tomorrow.... Can anyone help me here. Literally nothing works. I tried crackers, sprite, jello, v8 fusion, small frequent meals dont work because not even a minute later I throw it back up. Help...
