Cut back caffeine to one cup of coffee or one soda a day. Tina fish limit to 2 cans a week. No Advil.

Not dyeing your hair! I accidentally did with because I didn't know I was pregnant, but I think most doctors tell you to stay away from hair dye until your second trimester! I really can't think of anything else though lol
