4 weeks- what symptoms do you have?

I'm 4 weeks 3 days today.  My morning sickness has been better since last night.  I went from not eating at all to eating once a day. My boobs are still sore, I'm always so tired, and so very thirsty no matter how much water I drink.  I also pee every half an hour to an hour.  I usually love sweets but don't crave or even like them now.  I also feel a little stuffy or like slight allergy/cold symptoms on and off Just wondering what anyone else is experiencing.
