18 and pregnant

Well I'm 18 and I am pregnant the biggest thing I have to face is my parents And my auntie I thought when you turned 18 you were in charge of the way you live your own life make your own decisions well I m scared to tell them because of what they might think of me but at the same time some other part of me doesn't want to tell them an keep it quiet what should I do
