Has anyone had spotting for several days and got a BFP?

This is very unusual for me. I have been spotting for three days now. The first 2 days it was light pink, and today it is brownish. I'm 3 weeks and 5 days, and my cycles are pretty regular. AF was expected today according to Glow, but normally once I start spotting AF is on full flow the next day....along with moderate cramping and a huge craving for warm chocolate chip cookies, which I haven't experienced this time. This is my 2nd IUI which was done on cd 18 and 23hours after LH surge. I'm currently on Endometrin suppositories and baby asprin. I don't know if I should test or wait until 23rd (14 dpiui).
