Might be TMI but it might help...I never felt it with my ex boyfriend, and I used to think all my friends were pulling my leg by saying they could. I really thought that there was no way to feel the actual cum, and that you would only feel the twitch of the penis. Not really a twitch but you can feel a difference in it when he climaxes.  Once I got with my husband, I not only felt the "twitch" but I felt his cum.
