I've stopped taking the pill about a week ago and last night took and ovulation test it was neg. I'm a little lost how do I know when I'm ovulating and should I keep taking ov tests this week to find out ? Any tips on this please ? Or should I wait till I get AF comes then do it ? Help ? :(
