How can you tell the poison of your Cervix?

I have the IUD and I have trouble finding the strings. I know the best way to feel them is when your Cervix is low. My question is how do you know it your Cervix is High or Low? I have looked into it and dose not seem to be clear. Can anyone give me tips.

Best way I've found is when you feel for yourself if your finger hits your cervix and your finger only goes in to your first knuckle, the small one it's low. If it goes to your second knuckle it's med and if you go all the way to your 3rd knuckle your high or if you can't feel it it's high. Hope this helps
