Tmi! Can any one help?

Question

Today I went to the bathroom and noticed when I wiped that I was bleeding. It was bright red and had one little clot in it i thought i was getting my period as it is irregular and i never know when i will get it but it had compleatly stopped after 2 hours. My partner and I are ttc baby #1 and I don't want to get my hopes up.
I will buy a test tomorrow but I want someone else's opinion.

I've heard that implantation bleeding is usually a clot or two. Sometimes some spotting. And most often it is usually a pink color when you wipe. I'd still get a test.

It could of been a start to your period. Implantation bleeding usually doesnt clump
