Period question

I was supposed to get my period on the 16th but I was 4 days late n got it on the 18th but only had it for 3 days .. It was heavyish for 2 days but that's about it .. I threw up twice the first day I got it due to bad cramps n it was 6 in the morning .. Could I be pregnant
