After my first appointment Wednesday afternoon, the doctor ran my blood work and found that my HCG was good but my progesterone was low. So they put me on oral supplements and had me come back in Friday morning for another test. The results came back this morning and my progesterone is where it should be - went from 11.1 to 38.5 (yay!). But now my HCG is low and hasn't come up enough (doubling every 48 hours). It only went from 4,032 to 4,399.
