5 days late BFN no sign of AF

I don't know how people do this! My sister had to wait 7 days after AF would have shown up! I have mild cramps and moderate nausea; boobs are weightier, watery cm was heavy yesterday and drier today. 3 BFNs this week. When is the longest you have been post period that the BFN actually showed up?!
