Period came early, only lasted 3days... Now feeling pregnancy signs!!! Help!!!

My period came early, about 4days early. I was on the birth control patch. I didn't start it right after my last period. And took it off half way through the 2nd week wearing it. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend twice during this time. When I took it off my dr said it would be ineffective in protecting against pregnancy at that point. But I know when your take the patch off you're suppose to get your period but my dr was unsure of when Id get it as the patch didn't have much affect on my hormones. I got my "period" 3days after taking the patch off. It was light to normal flow, light cramps(I usually get terrible cramps), and only lasted 3days. Since it stopped. I've been nauseous to the point I throw up, really sore boobs, bloated, plus some food/smell aversions.
