Braxton hicks??

Question

I've read about braxton hicks so got an idea of how they feel and I'm pretty sure I started having them last week - it's not that they are painful but really uncomfortable and as I'm only 19 weeks in worried why I'm getting them? Will they stress out baby?
I am petite in size so felt my baby moving from just under 17 weeks so know that's it's not that...
Help please!

Drink water but definitely let you dr know. I am almost 21 weeks and started having BH at 18 weeks. I have had a previous preterm birth so I am constantly worried about having them.

Def drink lots of water and be sure to let ur dr know at your next apt

Drink lots of water sometimes you will get them from not taking in enough fluids.
