How many of you are irritated at all the acronyms!?

How many of you are irritated at all the acronyms!? Af dd ttc mil... Etc. is it really that hard to actually spell it!?

It doesn't really bother me so much as the nature of the meaning of some of them. I mean, calling my family members 'dear' whatever just seems so patronizing. And 'baby dance'? Seriously? I get it's a euphemism, but it just really rubs me as immature. Personally I think that if you're unable to at least acknowledge and address things such as your period/menstruation/menses or sex/sexual intercourse, then maybe you shouldn't really be talking about it? At least as adults. There are some children on here, which I can understand the heavy use of euphemism, but I'm still not fond of it.
