Is this cause for concern?

I am 22 weeks, 5 days and for almost a week now I'm getting these slightly painful thumps like RIGHT on my cervix. This is my first pregnancy, but it doesn't exactly feel like a kick. It's almost like getting a tiny Pap smear. I don't want to overreact on things, but could that be an incompetent cervix or something? Granted I don't know what labor feels like, I imagine if this was much more painful, it could be a similar sensation. No bleeding, regular kicking has lessened but can still feel activity, I've got bright white colostrum... not sure what other details would be helpful here, just not sure if it's worth asking a doctor or not - it's pretty damn uncomfortable when it happens, so I'm hoping it's not the norm for the next few months!
