Muscle gain vs fat loss
I am trying to lose weight, so I created a workout routine that progressively gets harder and I've been doing it for a couple weeks.
The problem is I think I am gaining muscle faster than I am burning fat, so I'm not really losing weight like I want to. Should I keep to a basic routine without making it progressively harder?
