I have at one point or another used it as a way to get my stress and feelings out. I would write even though sometimes it wouldn't make sense, and then I could re-read it and try to put sense into how I was feeling. It's a great stress relief !

I have always wanted to start one. I stopped when I was a kid because I hated having a ton of full books. So I guess I always just wanted to find the perfect journal?
