Thin uterine lining

Just looking for a woman's opinion, or if anyone has had the same issue.. Im 23 years old, and before I had my IUD (Skyla) inserted, my doctor told me a had an extremely thin lining of my uterus. He told me not to worry about it affecting me having children in the future because he says after I come off my IUD my lining will thicken up which will help when I do TTC. Should I be worried that I won't be able to conceive when I am ready? Is there anything I can to to thicken my lining?
