TTC. When should I go to the Dr?

I'm 30 & my husband & I have been TTC since I stopped taking my BC on December 1st. We both have children from previous relationships so I know we have potential to conceive but I really thought we'd be pregnant by now. He says we should wait a year to see a doc but I read if you're under 35 you should go after 6... Thoughts?

You have to wait 12 months before seeing a doc! The rule is: if you are 35 or OLDER you can go after 6 months of trying. So do you a favor and be patient!!!! You're trying barely 3 months.... Just wait it out and be patient!

I waited till my annual exam to talk to my doc about it. That could be just me since I hate going to the doctor though. Hahaha
