Swelling over incision?

It's been two weeks since my cs and last week I lifted something very heavy.. Probably 30-40 pounds. It was dumb, I wasn't thinking and I don't like asking for help. The next day I woke up in pain and later on that day I noticed the entire area above my incision was swollen. It's not red or anything. It's just a big area that's raised. I showed it to my dr and she looked a little confused but she didn't give me a straight answer as to what it was. She was in a hurry. Is it normal? It's been a week and it hasn't gone away.
