Does your body really bounce back?
Before I became pregnant I like to think I was slim. But I was not in good shape - meaning I didn't have much muscle tone and outside of walks with my small dog and bike rides along the lake a few time a week I didn't get much exercise. I was about 10 lbs heavier than normal (pic) when we conceived and am now at 33 weeks and 2 days. I have gained about 30 pounds so far.
Not to be superficial but is it likely that I might be able to get somewhat close to my normal size after the baby? I have not been able to exercise much during the pregnancy due to lots of pains and discomfort and excuses.
Just looking for some insight. Including a before pic w my sweet husband and a during pregnancy pic with my cute mom for comparison.
