Sore Breats

My husband and I have been TTC for 9 months, 6 months obsessively testing. This past Friday I was 6dpo, I noticed some breast tenderness.. Today I am 12dpo, still very tender (like I have to hold my girls walking down the stairs..) with on and off nipple tingling sensation.. Is this normal? When I did my glow charting, an alert popped up saying sore breast over 5 days should get checked out 😳
