Uterine pressure/discomfort

For the past 2 days I've had pressure and some discomfort no cramping. I tested yesterday morning but got what looks like a evap line but showed up within 2 mins and was pink. I'm waiting another 5 to 6 days before testing again. Anyone else have this? The day before yesterday I had a metallic taste in my mouth off and on and nausea along with heart burn! But that was the only day now I just have the discomfort and heart burn.
