TTC #2 first cycle of clomid

Background hubby 31 me 29 married 9 years have a almost 2 year old daughter conceived first month following 6 years of depo shot. Been trying for #2 since July with no luck periods getting progressively worse and recently diagnosed with endo and possible pcos. Wondering if it's from being on the shot so long :/ currently in the 2ww on the first round of clomid 7 dpo having extreme fatigue flushed cheeks and one episode of spotting yesterday. Hoping it's not just side effects! Progesterone drawn yesterday was 16.9 not holding my breath though the hubs has been sick and on antibiotics so bd days were only day of pos opk n day after.
