Question

I'm 31 weeks pregnant and this weekend we are planning on taking the pups to the river since it runs thru our property and it will be a lovely 80 degrees in sunny California :) my question is, is it safe to get in the water with it being pretty chilly still. If I get waist deep will my baby girl get too cold?? Probably a dumb question but she's my first baby. Also I've called my dr but since it's not an emergency I probably won't hear back till Monday since she's pretty busy.
