Spotting before period TMI

Yesterday and today I noticed a little pink discharge when I used the restroom. It's been on and off and I've been really crampish and nauseous early in the morning the past 3-4 days. On glow af is supposed to start on 3/31 but ovia says its 3/27 so I'm really confused if this could possibly be implantation bleeding or just spotting. Last cycle Af was a week late so I guess I'm just looking for someone who's been in my position... 😕  any advice would be great
