Hi Ladies, I'm 10 weeks 5 days pregnant. I just took Miraliax to help me poo, (tmi sorry) about 5 minutes after I took it I had to go! Well, I still had to strain pretty hard for me to go. Could this affect the baby in any way or cause something to go wrong? I had a good bit of CM I guess because I was straining so hard, could this be a bad sign? No blood & no pick discharge. I'm just worried it could harm the baby.
