Did any one spot on the day they were due for the period and continue to have a healthy pregnancy? ?
I am 4 weeks 3 days and spotted last night but haven't had anything since and no cramping it was only when I wiped. I've only ever had miscarriages so I'm a little worried.

Yeah I spotted when my period was due, then also at 5 weeks, at 8 weeks, and at 11 weeks. Im 32 weeks now. Mine was breakthrough bleeding, but you should always get checked out if you know you are pregnant and you keep bleeding! Especially for your peace of mind. But spotting when your period is due is very normal.

I had spotting at 4 weeks. And then again at 15 weeks for about 2-3 weeks...I'm now 34 weeks.
