Soo im about to say forget it

I got positive opks 19th through 22nd period was due 19th i tested tonight and it was negative pregnancy test...im so lost and hurt:( it wasnt even faint. I have been having sex all month long idk what to do now...also i did have ultrasound on monday to check out a cyst on my right ovary that had ruptured,and they said my something was full and i should shed the lining(meaning my period should start real soon) but all i have is white cloudy cm...what do yall think?
