Nursery

When should I begin setting up baby's nursery things I.e cradle changing unit etc? I get told not to do things early but not sure what is early im 29weeks at the moment and I'm still working full time as a nurse for elderly. This is baby 2 my DD is 9 and I didn't have a nursery for her at the that time due to living with my parents but have own place now and space to do it any advice ladies? Xx thanks in advance x
