I'm not sure

My period is over 5 days late and I took a pregnancy test the first day I missed it and it said I wasn't but it still hasn't come even if I'm stressed it would of showed up by now I'm so scared and my boyfriend is convinced that I'm pregnant I don't know what to do at this point
