Weird whiteish thing staining my panties

I don't know if it means I'm ovulating, I have very strict hygiene in my intimate area so I know It's not related to that. It even comes out just minutes after I shower, It's not really liquid but kind of creamy instead. What does that mean? Is it something I should worry about? I'm 23 btw and sexually active
