Scared even on the pill

I've been taking birth control for almost 2.5 years, with the exception of missing a few days here and there. My periods come every month I take the placebo pills and I've never had a pregnancy scare. Every time my boyfriend cums in me unprotected though I get so nervous! Does anybody else do this? Every time I'll worry in the back of my head until I get my period again lol
