Implantation bleeding?

It's CD 15, we've had sex four times in the last eight days, and today I had red, somewhat heavy spotting. I also had mild cramps yesterday and the day before. Could this be implantation bleeding? I've been pregnant twice, had a miscarriage both times, and never had this happen before. I never have mid-cycle spotting.
