Cervix and abdomen?

I'm having weird feelings in my lower lower abdomen when I go to sit down. Not like pain or cramps but just a different feeling. AF due in a week or so. Negative HPT. Not sure of when I even ovulated. What could this be? Also had a few tiny dots of blood once when I wiped. Please respond!!!
