30 week check up..

Went for my 30 week check up this morning.. I have gained 6lbs total, until this appointment. I gained 8lbs in a single month. Then my blood pressure was high, then my sugar was high. I only had water this morning, so they were concerned since I hadn't had any food or coffee yet. So I am having to redo my glucose screening test to find out if I'm possibly diabetic. The first time I did the test(2 months ago), it came back fine. I'm just stressed out about it. I don't know what to expect. Baby seemed good though, heartbeat 156bpm & she measured fine. I don't know what to think.
