Intrahepatic Cholestasis

So I'm on baby #3 with ICP. My first pregnancy went undiagnosed due to little education on the subject by my OB; she was delivered at 42 weeks healthy. My second pregnancy was diagnosed at 27 weeks with a BA of 24.8, I was placed on Urso and my bile acids were never rechecked and I was induced at 37 werks, healthy girl. I'm now 5w3d with this baby. I just got my bile acids back at 22. I start Urso today- 300mg twice daily. My concern is I've been having cramping for the last week or so. No bleeding, no spotting. Just cramps. My progesterone and hCG both came back in normal range. But I'm still worried as the cramping hasn't subsided.
