Nausea During Intercourse

Could it mean I'm pregnant? We aren't TTC, but we aren't exactly trying not to either. I'm not on bc and never have been and we do not use condoms. The only form of contraception we use is the pull out method. Once or twice in the past year, he has not pulled out. Recently (about a week now) I have been getting a little sick during intercourse. Could it be a sign of pregnancy?

I just had a child last year and conceiving has never been very easy for me.
