His hand doesn't look odd to me. It just looks like it's his fingertips in the picture rather than his full fingers. I think its the angle his hand is at x

Have you had anatomy scan? How many weeks are you? Was this a private ultrasound? Baby looks very cute btw

Over thinking baby is fine if they saw something wrong they would have brought a Dr in to do more scanning or brought you back in a few days for a repeat
