Have had cramping most of today and usually it comes and goes and are few and far between but today ive had enough. What to take something. Dont know if it will help. But want to make sure baby will be okay.

I wouldn't take Tylenol for cramps. You need to know the intensity of them and where they are. Masking your cramps can be dangerous. I take Tylenol only for migraines.

If your cramps are so vad that you want to take pain killers: better is to see your doc ASAP to rule out an ectopic pregnancy.
