Progesterone questions.

So my IUI was on Wednesday this last week, April Fools day, and everything went well and my doctor seemed really pleased with the iui and donor sperm quality. Afterwards we were doscussing things, and he wants me to come in on this wednesday to have a progesterone test? Is this a blood test? I guess i was still on cloud nine about my iui that i just said okay! It would be 5dpo but 7dpiui. Just wondering what a good level is and what to expect!
