5 weeks 4 days and drinking and smoking.

I didn't know I was pregnant till I went to the hospital after my friends party and took a pregnancy test thy turned up positive the doctors said I was about 5 weeks 4 days and I didn't tell them I was partying.. Very worried. Please help.  First time mum. Didn't know I could get pregnant. But I am and I've been very naughty.
