Vitamin b6,b12 or B complex
Has anyone taken b6,b12 or both (b complex) to help you ovulate? Are there any success stories using any of these? I'm just coming off BCP and just had my first "regular" period. But when I used a opk I never really got a strong positive. I don't think I ovulated in March. I wanted to make sure that doesn't happen again so I was going to try one of these.
