Mates with ED and DE

So my mate has delayed ejaculation about 75% of the time. Every so often we deal with a little bit of erectile dysfunction. The erectile dysfunction seemed to clear up once we got to having sex regularly. The last 20 years of his marriage (he is divorced now) they didn't have sex at all. So he had a few problems then. His issue now is he has held back from ejaculating so much that he has problems doing it at all now. What can I do to help him. And is there anything  that can be done? Anyone else and their mate dealing with this? It makes it hard since we are ttc now......
