Easier transition from nurture to glow after loss?

My sister became pregnant and I suggested nurture. But she lost the pregnancy, and when she was ready to think about ttc again I said go to glow! But she couldn't get logged in right bc of the account with nurture and that struck me as something accidentally insensitive?  Just a thought :)
