Confused

My period was March 25-March 28 ...I baby danced March 30, March 31 and April 1. I went to the restroom the evening of April 3rd after cramping slightly and there was brownish redish blood spot in my underwear and when I wiped it was on the tissue but when I went back to the restroom a little later there was nothing. This had never happened before and everyone I've talked to says its to early to connect it w/pregnancy or implantation. So could I have you guys opinions on what you think it is? Thanks 😊 23 & TTC
